EduKATE the World

Global Competence Teacher & world Traveler

Kate Strein

Jupiter, FL

This guide is designed to provide insight, educate and provide tools for discussions and the implementation of globally enhanced schools and curriculum; project-based learning and differentiated instruction to meet the needs of select communities in the Palm Beach School district. This Global Education Guide was created as the capstone project funded by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs, Teachers for Global Classrooms Fellowship 2019-2020 program, administered by IREX. During this intensive year-long process, I was one of 70 fellows from around the country to participate in a 10-week online course, journeyed to Washington DC for a weekend symposium and will travel to Peru this summer.
